ARK Community Charter School
Troy, New York

A past client, with strong ties to this Charter School, asked BRMA to consider taking on this extremely complex and demanding renovation project. The most complicated aspects of the project were the deadlines placed on the project's bid completion dates, as they were dictated by a large Federal Grant.

The complicated design work included inserting a seven stop elevator within a three-story building made up of multiple construction types and levels. The building systems of the old school needed complete renovation and hazardous material remediation throughout. The deadlines were met and the School opened its doors to its largest enrollment ever and their new building affords them the room to continue growing for the years ahead.
