Butler Rowland Mays Architects - Ballston Town Hall

BRMA was chosen to design a new addition to the Ballston Town Hall. The new addition is a fully accessible town hall with a Clerk's, Assessor's, Building and Planning, Supervisor's Office and a Community Room. There are centrally located public service counters for the Assessor's and the Clerk's Offices. The office areas can be locked at night to allow public events to be held in the Community Room in the evening. A roof monitor allows daylight into the public corridor and adds a dramatic feeling to the building.
