   The Esperance Fire Department and the Village of Esperance hired BRMA to design a building to house both the Fire Department and Village Offices. BRMA designed separate office suites which are accessed from lockable doors off a central public corridor in order to maintain separation between the fire department and village office areas. Due to the small site and steep slope, this project presented quite a challenge to design while maintaining accessibility and providing an appropriately sloped apron for the fire trucks.
