Butler Rowland Mays Architects - Halfmoon Town Hall

The Town of Halfmoon hired BRMA to design a new town hall that would represent the community, incorporate green building design and provide enough space for all the town hall functions. In addition to the Clerk's, Assessor's, Building Inspector's, and Tax Collector's Offices, there is a Meeting Room for town and other public meeting functions.

The office wing faces south in order to bring in ample daylight to reduce lighting costs. A geothermal heating and air conditioning system will be used to minimize utility costs.

The Town Hall has been constructed and the client has moved in to their new facility.
