Butler Rowland Mays Architects - Minor Improvements Physical Therapy

The challenge to BRMA was to design an appropriate, non-institutional setting for the use of cutting edge physical therapy techniques on children and young adults. Access for the handicapped and a lively atmosphere were major considerations. There is a physical therapy pool which required moisture and vapor transmission mitigation. The project schedule was accelerated to coincide with the school year.
