BRMA worked with the Town of Schaghticoke, a repeat client, to improve the building envelope at their current Town Hall. The relatively young Town Hall building was witness to the premature failure of several building systems, including the roof, wood siding, and windows. The building now has a low maintenance cementitious clap board siding and trims, a new architectural shingle roof, and many new windows. The project also included the installation of lightning and surge protection systems for the facility.
